Job Description

  • Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details in the system.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
  • Support the customer service team in achieving key performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all customer interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management - Spanish Speaker should have:

  • Fluency in written Spanish is required; proficiency in spoken Spanish is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in customer service or order management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with using ERP systems SAP for order processing.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
  • Willing to work fully on-site on night shifts supporting LATAM hours.
