Job Description

  • Lead and develop an Order Management team supporting the European market
  • Oversee order processing activities and ensure service levels are consistently achieved
  • Partner with commercial, supply chain, logistics, and operational teams to support customer requirements
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex order-related issues
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Monitor team performance and foster a high-performing culture

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Fulfilment, OTC, Supply Chain Customer Service, or related functions
  • Previous team leadership or people management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Exposure to Shared Services, GBS, or multinational environments is an advantage
  • Willingness to work European business hours
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days office, 2 days work-from-home)
