An organisation operating in the energy and natural resources sector, based in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and any potential issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance and sales to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Maintain and update order records in the system to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to fulfil customer requirements.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to orders in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Continuously review and improve order management processes to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management Executive should have:

  • Experience in order processing or a related field within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Proficiency in using order management ins SAP or ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and process inefficiencies.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles to support invoicing and payment processes.i
