Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations including order management, delivery coordination, and invoicing
  • Act as key contact for customers, ensuring smooth service delivery and issue resolution
  • Lead and support a customer service team, managing priorities, escalations, and performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve operational challenges
  • Drive process improvements and ensure strong SAP usage, data accuracy, and service excellence

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or OTC operations within a shared services or multinational environment
  • Strong SAP knowledge, with the ability to support reporting and system usage across teams
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in a B2B setup
  • Prior exposure to team leadership, coaching, or supervisory responsibilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
