Job Description

  • Manage order processing and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end order lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate master data and collaborate across functions to support business operations
  • Communicate proactively with customers on order status, product availability, and delivery updates
  • Monitor supply and demand, including placing replenishment orders and tracking delivery schedules
  • Support billing, credit management, and accounts receivable follow-ups
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while maintaining service quality
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Provide reporting on order trends and support sales teams with customer insights

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Fresh grad are welcomed to apply. Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or related functions within an international environment
  • Proficiency in Japanese (min JLPT N2) and English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle/Concur) is an added advantage
  • Understanding of order-to-cash processes is preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
