Job Description

  • Act as the main support analyst for Oracle EBS R12.2, with a primary focus on Finance modules.
  • Partner closely with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Support system enhancements, configuration changes, implementation activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Oracle Financials-related issues through root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on projects, upgrades, and support activities.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency and business operations.
  • Ensure Oracle EBS applications are operating effectively to meet business requirements.
  • Provide functional expertise and support to end users while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.2 environments.
  • Strong functional expertise in OracleFinancials modules, including:
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • Cost Management
  • Good understanding of Finance business processes and ERP best practices.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, ERP implementations, system enhancements, user support, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with senior management and global stakeholders, including leadership teams and US-based stakeholders.
  • Exposure to modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Supply Chain Planning (SCP), and Order Management would be advantageous.
  • Self-driven individual with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to provide support during critical business-impacting incidents when required.
