Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the accuracy and consistency of master data across multiple systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support business insights and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment across departments.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Develop and document processes to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
  • Support the Technology department in implementing data management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders regarding data trends and insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Master Data & Reporting Analyst should have:

  • A degree in information systems, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across Malaysia and Singapore.
