Job Description

  • Develop and implement operational risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Monitor and assess third-party risks in alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training to teams on risk management best practices.
  • Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Continuously review and improve risk management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager, GRM Ops Risk & 3rd Party Risk should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational and third-party risk management principles and frameworks.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within banking and financial services.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in risk management tools and software.
