Job Description

  • Manage financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with International regulations and standards.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on accounting policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports for management review.
  • Support external audits by coordinating with auditors and providing required documentation.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager, Financial Management should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent will be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and (IFRS) International regulations from The BIG 4.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
