The MAL Marketing Executive I will be supporting on the end-to-end expansion for their system. This includes from workshop acquisition to onboarding, training and post-go-live support. This role will act as the primary point of contact for workshops, ensuring smooth onboarding and sustained system usage.

Job Description

  • To support business development & workshop recruitment into their system.
  • Act as main point of contact (POC) for assigned workshops including to lead end-to-end onboarding, including setup, training, and activation.
  • Conduct training sessions for workshop owners & staff.
  • Support data migration, including customer database, inventory / stock list and financial data (e.g. transactions, sales records).
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and post-go-live support.
  • Track performance metrics (onboarding completion, active usage, adoption rates).
  • Assist in providing feedbacks from users and answering their queries.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • 0-2 years working experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Exposure to sales, customer-facing roles, or finance processes is a plus
