An organisation in the mannafacturing industry based in Malaysia.

Job Description

  • Manage and process orders accurately and efficiently within the US shift timeframe.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and address any supply chain discrepancies proactively.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to resolve order-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all supply chain operations.
  • Generate and maintain accurate documentation for all procurement and order processes.
  • Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on order management performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Order Management professional should have:

  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes in the Life Science industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for order management.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work during US shift hours.
  • Ability to adapt to busy and varied work environments.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from MYR 54,000 to MYR 66,000.
