This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics and fulfilment activities while ensuring smooth inventory, inbound, outbound and warehouse operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient order fulfilment.

Job Description

  • Manage daily fulfilment and logistics operations.
  • Execute inventory management and stock reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate inbound deliveries, goods receipt and warehouse processing.
  • Support order fulfilment, shipment preparation and delivery execution.
  • Maintain accurate SAP transactions and inventory records.
  • Liaise with warehouse operators, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor logistics performance and resolve operational issues.
  • Contribute to process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Business proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) & English
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfilment or warehouse operations.
  • Experience managing inventory, inbound and outbound activities.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English
