Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in compliance with laws and internal policies.
  • Assess legal risks and provide practical advice aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Offer timely and professional legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external parties.
  • Coordinate and oversee external legal counsel to ensure high-quality support.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, especially in agriculture and renewable energy, and update advice accordingly.
  • Participate in meetings and negotiations, providing legal input and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Draft and review terms and conditions for marketing campaigns and operational activities.
  • Support leadership on legal matters, training initiatives, and special corporate projects.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Manager should have:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with minimum 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience; exposure to EPCC and the construction sector is an added advantage.
  • Qualified and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong capabilities in legal drafting, research, and analytical thinking.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and ownership.
