Our client is a market-leading regional organisation seeking legal professionals to support a broad range of commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters within a dynamic business environment.

Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and/or assist in the execution of contracts and other legal documents assigned from time to time
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of corporate documents
  • Administer and maintain the database and trackers of legal documents and ensure document organization
  • Collaborate with other departments and external parties where necessary
  • Other related tasks assigned from time to time

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal professional should have:

  • A recognised qualification in Law.
  • 2-5 years of relevant legal/paralegal experience
  • Experience from a law firm and/or in-house legal team
  • Generalist legal background preferred
  • Contract drafting/review experience is an advantage
  • Interest in e-commerce, IP/compliance, or fintech
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
  • Stable career history with minimal job hopping
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
