Job Description

  • Design, develop, and operate scalable cloud platform services and microservices
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality software solutions using modern engineering
  • Build and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and performance
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively managing technical debt, system scalability, and operational risks
  • Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, and software quality initiatives
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions
  • Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and technical excellence
  • Contribute to the organization's cloud engineering community and help shape future technology capabilities



The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Software Engineer should have:

  • Over 8 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java (17+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Solid experience designing and operating applications on AWS cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)/ Terraform
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
