We are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants from all diverse backgroundJob DescriptionTraining Program Coordination * Coordinate tasks for learning events, including handling purchase orders related to these activities. * Schedule training sessions and manage resources required for training delivery when applicable. * Allocate trainers' resources, resolve schedule conflicts and manage attendance, or re-scheduling. * Mange purchase orders Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Administration * Manage and maintain both LMS and LXP. * Monitor LMS/LXP usage, track training completion, and generate reports on training metrics. * Provide technical support through ticketing system - or relevant trouble shooting channel and training to employees on LMS/LXP. Talent Support * Administrate the different tools and platforms used by the Talent Teams for your scope. * Support employees requests through ticketing system - or relevant trouble shooting channel. * Support the Talent teams with data and reporting. Evaluation and Feedback * Administer post-training evaluations and surveys to gather feedback from participants. * Analyze training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Make recommendations for enhancements to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.
