Job Description

As a Knowledge Management Analyst, you'll play a key role in enhancing the user support experience by creating, maintaining, and optimizing knowledge content used across a global support environment. You'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, process owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge is accurate, accessible, and effective.Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing, editing, reviewing, and publishing knowledge articles with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Creating self-service content that empowers users to resolve issues independently
  • Working with SMEs and process owners to gather, validate, and improve knowledge assets
  • Evaluating and providing feedback on submitted content to maintain knowledge quality standards
  • Managing content within ServiceNow and other knowledge repositories
  • Building strong working relationships with global and multicultural stakeholders to drive information sharing and continuous improvement



The Successful Applicant

A successful Knowledge Management Analyst should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Service Delivery, Project Management, Contact Centre, or related environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Mandarin
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality documentation
  • Experience working with knowledge repositories, content management systems, or ServiceNow environments
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different cultures and functions
  • Exposure to support documentation, user guides, manuals, or "how-to" content will be an added advantage
