Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and act as the main point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and understand their goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide consultative support and actionable recommendations to drive account performance.
  • Align business strategies with account-level execution and ongoing initiatives.
  • Travel across different states within Malaysia to support relationship building and account development.
  • Operate in a flexible working environment, including occasional after-hours engagement when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • A Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in key account management, relationship management, or business development roles.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and operate in a field-based environment.
