Job Description

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, workshops, and fleet customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits and provide professional sales support.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor payments and support collection activities.



Market Development

  • Identify and penetrate new market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, vehicle population, and customer demand.
  • Track competitor activity and pricing strategies.
  • Provide market insights to support business decisions.



Product & Portfolio Management

  • Promote new products and expand SKU penetration.
  • Improve product mix and sales across accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches.
  • Monitor inventory movement and stock turnover.



Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and customer plans.
  • Track performance against targets and identify gaps.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Background in automotive aftermarket (e.g. spare parts, lubricants, batteries, tyres) preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with sales data.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven, independent, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to travel frequently and possess a valid driver's license.
