Job Description

  • Manage assigned key accounts and maintain regular contact to understand customer needs.
  • Build productive relationships with customers to support account continuity and service quality.
  • Present relevant products and account information clearly to customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and keep account activities on track.
  • Monitor account activity and identify areas that may require further customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate customer and account records to support clear follow-up.
  • Support sales activity within the pharmaceutical portfolio across the sotuhern region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Executive (Southern) should have:

  • Ability to manage customer accounts and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Experience building and maintaining professional customer relationships.
  • Capability to understand customer needs and provide clear product information.
  • Ability to coordinate customer requests with relevant internal teams.
  • Strong organisation skills for managing account records and customer activities.
  • Confidence in handling customer enquiries and maintaining service standards.
