About Our Client

A company in the Retail Industry located in Petaling Jaya.

Job Description

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Review existing systems and processes to identify improvements.
  • Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
  • Work closely with developers to deliver business requirements.
  • Design process flows, wireframes, and UI/UX mockups.
  • Coordinate system testing, including UAT, and support deployment activities.
  • Provide user training and support during system rollout.
  • Investigate system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
  • Track project progress, change requests, and task management activities.
  • Maintain system documentation and recommend process improvements.
  • Support basic technical activities such as GitHub version control and code reviews when required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, Software Development, or IT Project Coordination.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience preparing business and functional requirements documentation.
  • Ability to analyse business processes and create workflow diagrams.
  • Knowledge of software testing, test cases, and UAT activities.
  • Basic understanding of web application technologies and development concepts.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
  • Exposure to UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Git or version control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
