Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure to support business processes.
  • Implement and maintain technology solutions to optimize business efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security and integrity.
  • Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware, software, and services.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or new solutions as appropriate.
  • Document IT processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT professional should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to IT challenges.
