IT Project Manager - Enterprise Delivery (Agile & Waterfall)

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead the end-to-end management of technology projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and financial targets.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure seamless integration across project components.
• Monitor project budgets, including capital expenditures (CAPEX), and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and support procurement processes, including RFP evaluations and contract management.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Communicate project progress, key risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and approvals.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Support and enforce change management processes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure deliverables comply with organizational policies and quality standards.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Oversee third-party vendors to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality.
• Proactively manage vendor risks and performance issues.
• Coordinate closely with vendors and internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.

Leadership & Team Facilitation

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Facilitate key meetings, including planning sessions, reviews, and status updates.
• Identify and resolve issues or blockers that may impact delivery timelines.
• Encourage continuous improvement through feedback, coaching, and lessons learned.
