Job Description

  • Lead project vision and execution, ensuring alignment with best practice methodologies and project management standards.
  • Set, communicate, and manage project expectations, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion customer-centric decision-making across all project activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, global counterparts, and external service providers to deliver project outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring documentation, artefacts, and coordination across technology and business teams.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, ensuring system integrity, compliance, and operational continuity.
  • Monitor and control project scope, timelines, costs, and quality, ensuring adherence to agreed governance processes.
  • Drive optimisation through post-implementation reviews, ensure audit readiness, and support smooth transition of deliverables to operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge in setups and migration projects
  • Proven ability to manage complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Prince 2 or PMP Certified;
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification prefered
  • Relevant industry experience
