Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology projects, from planning to implementation and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the customization, configuration, and integration of software applications.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes and technical specifications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for implemented applications.
  • Maintain and enhance application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business services operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Application Manager should have:

  • Strong understanding of technology applications and project management principles.
  • Must have application project delivery experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with software customization, integration, and implementation.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • MS Dynamics 365
  • ITIL Certification (IT Service Management)
  • PMP / Prince 2
