Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end product and project delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Act as the bridge between business users, development teams, and external technology vendors.
  • Work closely with regional and China-based vendors to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Support product enhancement initiatives by identifying user needs and market opportunities.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, UAT sessions, and product reviews.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Mandarin speaking is required as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors and regional stakeholders.
  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination roles.
  • Experience within FinTech, Payments, Banking, E-Wallet, Digital Banking, or Financial Services industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
