  • Develop and implement IT governance frameworks to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT compliance initiatives.
  • Lead audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls.
  • Provide guidance and training on governance, risk, and compliance processes.
  • Monitor and report on IT compliance metrics and performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT GRC practices and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT GRC Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in the energy and natural resources industry is advantageous.
  • A proven ability to manage audits and regulatory assessments effectively.
