Job Description

  • Review current accounting and finance workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies
  • Lead initiatives to redesign and standardize processes across different markets
  • Work with stakeholders to roll out more efficient and scalable ways of working
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver automation solutions
  • Work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement improvements
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements, UAT, go-live, and stabilization
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving Global HQ, local finance teams, IT, and external vendors
  • Manage and develop a team, driving performance and continuous improvement
  • Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching and feedback

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT/Finance Transformation Manager should have:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or Management Information System
  • Over 10 years of experience in Finance and IT Transformation roles
  • Over 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Strong experience in process improvement, systems implementation projects
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Business & IT)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FI and finance systems/tools
  • Exposure to automation, BI tools, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to end-to-end finance processes (AP, AR, GL, etc.)
