Job Description

  • Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to maintain operational excellence
  • Drive service governance, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee infrastructure health, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity planning
  • Manage vendor relationships, contractual obligations, and SLA adherence
  • Deliver regulatory, upgrade, and transformation projects while managing scope, timelines, costs, and risks
  • Facilitate seamless transition of projects into BAU operations
  • Monitor technology budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors across multiple countries

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Delivery & Operations Lead should have:

  • Over 10 years of IT experience, preferably within banking/ financial services or insurance environments
  • Proven experience owning and managing BAU operations, including service availability, incident management, and operational governance
  • Strong understanding of IT service management, and operational best practices
  • Experience managing audits, regulatory compliance, risk controls, and governance processes
  • Demonstrated success in vendor and stakeholder management across complex enterprise environments
  • Exposure to core banking platforms or other business-critical systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage regional business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience managing technology delivery initiatives alongside operational responsibilities
