Job Description

  • Responsible for end‑to‑end post‑sales delivery of IT infrastructure projects, covering cloud platforms, enterprise storage, and hybrid IT environments.
  • Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects including Cloud Computing, Storage, Servers, Virtualization, Databases, and Data Center Network & Security, ensuring technical accuracy and operational readiness.
  • Deliver IT Professional Services such as Storage Migration, Server Migration, Cloud Migration, and Database Migration, including planning, execution, and cut‑over activities.
  • Act as the technical owner for delivery projects, resolving complex engineering issues encountered during implementation and rollout.
  • Work closely with customers to understand contractual scope and technical requirements, support delivery planning, lead solution design, and ensure successful project implementation and handover.
  • Coordinate and guide delivery engineers where applicable, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to project timelines.
  • Support troubleshooting, optimisation, and stabilisation of cloud and storage platforms in enterprise environments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in post‑sales IT delivery, infrastructure implementation, or professional services, within enterprise or large‑scale customer environments.
  • Proven experience delivering Cloud, Storage, Server, Virtualization, and Data Center infrastructure solutions across on‑premise, hybrid, and public cloud environments.
  • Hands‑on experience or strong exposure to:
    • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, VMware‑based private cloud, OpenStack
    • Enterprise Storage: SAN, NAS, File & Access Management
    • Virtualization: VMware vSphere, KVM, OpenStack
    • Operating Systems: Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows
    • Databases: MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL or equivalent
  • Experience in solution implementation, migration, and troubleshooting, including storage, server, cloud, and database migrations.
  • Ability to understand contractual scope and customer requirements and translate them into technically sound delivery outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including Mandarin language proficiency, with a delivery‑focused, ownership‑driven, and problem‑solving mindset.
