Job Description

* To identify and liaise with external vendors on the most suitable project implementation method and timeline

* To provide expert evaluation on the quality and scope of work by external vendors.

* To liaise with operations team and IT department to coordinate project testing, quality check, integration and launch of digitalization system

* Maintain the system and stress test for any technical issues or errors plus provide 24hours support to system stability

* Provide training to operations staff on the use of new digitalization system

* Support the HOD on the project implementation.

* Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Malaysian Chinese
  • Willing to travel (East/ West Malaysia)
  • Proficiency in system analysis, design, and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of IT systems within the industrial or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
