Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Support subscription lifecycle processes including order management, contract management, and billing within SAP environments (SD)
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with Agile teams to refine backlogs and support sprint delivery
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and continuous enhancement of SAP-supported business processes
  • Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Business Analyst (SAP) should have:

  • Over 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within SAP environments
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business needs into functional solutions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery frameworks
  • Exposure to core business process areas such as sales operations, order management, billing, or finance-related systems
  • Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities
