Job Description

  • Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with local insurance partners.
  • Manage end-to-end policy administration, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Maintain policy records, databases, and operational data integrity.
  • Handle policy processing, data entry, certificate issuance, and document management.
  • Prepare operational reports on policy status, premium collections, and key metrics.
  • Act as liaison between headquarters and local insurance partners on operational matters.
  • Support client onboarding and implementation of new insurance programs.
  • Assist in claims coordination with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory and market developments affecting insurance operations.
  • Support process improvements, workflow optimization, and ad-hoc projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Insurance Coordinator (Motor) should have:

  • A background in the financial services industry, preferably in motor insurance or related fields.
  • Strong experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or related roles within the insurance industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in documentation and processes.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and insurance providers.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems for managing insurance policies.
