Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional inside sales team across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand to achieve sales targets.
  • Own and grow export sales portfolios across SEA markets.
  • Drive team performance through KPI tracking, pipeline reviews, and structured processes.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop customers, and strengthen key partnerships.
  • Execute strategies to expand market share and increase revenue across assigned markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Drive CRM adoption, operational efficiency, and sales process standardisation.



The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B technical sales, inside sales, or industrial automation.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring sales teams.
  • Strong exposure to regional/export sales or ASEAN market development.
  • Commercially driven with strong strategic thinking and execution ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SAP, or digital sales tools.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional SEA languages are advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven, multi-country environment.
