Job Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain hybrid infrastructure solutions (cloud + on-premises).
  • Develop infrastructure architecture roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of midrange systems (Linux/Unix/Windows environments).
  • Lead cloud adoption and migration initiatives (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Define standards and best practices for infrastructure design, security, and governance.
  • Oversee capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with application teams, network teams, and security teams to optimize architecture.
  • Manage end-to-end IT service delivery operations for infrastructure services.
  • Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and drive continuous service improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, architecture, or service delivery roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
    • Virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V
    • Operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows
  • Proven experience in designing and supporting hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security architectures in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with and coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors in a delivery environment.
