Job Description

  • Design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze IAM systems to ensure security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce access policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging IAM technologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on IAM tools and practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IAM Specialist should have:

  • A strong understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies.
  • Experience with IAM tools and software, such as Active Directory or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
