A foundational role within a newly established HR Shared Services environment, focused on transforming HR processes through technology. The role will lead HR system implementations, integrations, and a global Time Management initiative while acting as process owner across employee lifecycle and payroll operations. Working closely with HR, vendors, IT, and plants, you will design scalable, system‑enabled solutions from the ground up.

About Our Client

Our client is a highly reputable multinational organisation embarking on a new phase of regional transformation. As part of this journey, the organisation is setting up a brand‑new HR Shared Services capability in Malaysia, centralising HR processes and strengthening system‑driven operations from the ground up.

Job Description

  • Act as a foundational process owner within a newly established HR Shared Services setup, coveringsystem‑enabled HR and payroll operations
  • Lead HR systems transformation initiatives, including system migration, new implementations, and a Global Time Management project
  • Manage integrations across SuccessFactors, payroll platforms, BIPO, plant systems, and other HR applications
  • Map and redesign HR and payroll processes, leveraging system capabilities to drive standardisation and efficiency
  • Project manage end‑to‑end delivery by partnering with HR teams, plant stakeholders, IT, and system vendors, driving continuous improvement and governance



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in HR Shared Services, HR operations, payroll, or HR transformation
  • 10-12 years of progressive experience across HR operations and system‑enabled processes
  • Hands‑on experience with HR system implementations or migrations, including SuccessFactors
  • Solid understanding of employee lifecycle, payroll, and global time management processes in a centralised environment
  • Proven project management capability, including vendor and multi‑stakeholder coordination
  • Highly logical, structured, and process‑oriented working style with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to influence regional teams, plant stakeholders, and senior leaders
