We are looking for a hands-on HR & Operations Manager to oversee day to day business operations for a growing training and consulting company of approximately 30+ employees. This is an individual contributor role with responsibility for managing operational processes and driving HR initiatives.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee a team of 4 operations staff.
  • Assign facilitators to client engagements based on expertise and availability.
  • Manage inventory of training materials, books, and program kits.
  • Liaise with local printing vendors to customize and produce training materials.
  • Coordinate with approximately 10 facilitators and external consultants.
  • Manage recruitment upto 30hc annually, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Partner with external legal advisors on HR related matters and employment compliance.
  • Coordinate and drive Learning & Development programme for the sales team to enhance performance, and business growth.
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR & Operations Manager should have:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working tech company is advantageous.
  • An individual with more than 20 years experience
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a hands on environment.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary between MYR 108,000 and MYR 180,000.
  • Hospitalisation coverage up to MYR 120,000 annually.
  • Unlimited outpatient medical benefits.
  • 21 days of annual leave.
  • Quarterly commission and bonus of 5 months.
