Job Description

In this role, you will act as the Workday and HR Operations expert, supporting both day-to-day employee life cycle management and broader transformation initiatives. You will:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, job changes, data updates, and offboarding.
  • Perform Workday EIB mass uploads, data corrections, and ensure strong data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support and drive Workday-related projects such as system migration, module rollouts, configuration updates, and new process setup.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and ensure timely processing across all employee lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Respond to HR-related queries and ensure high-quality service delivery to regional stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency enhancements within HR Shared Services.



The Successful Applicant



A successful HR Operations Lead should have:

  • Around 10-15 years of HR operations experience, preferably within HR Shared Services
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday, including EIB uploads, employee lifecycle transactions, and exposure to migrations or new Workday capability implementation.
  • Deep familiarity with employee lifecycle management across multiple markets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to speak Mandarin to support regional stakeholders (reading/writing not required).
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to operate independently as an individual contributor.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, multinational environment with evolving processes.
