Job Description

  • Oversee and execute day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Provide support for onboarding, employee data management, and payroll processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for Vietnamese-speaking employees, offering guidance on HR-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to HR systems and employee records.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports, analytics, and documentation as required.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operation Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) should have:
