This role offers a well-rounded HR generalist exposure, with involvement across talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management.You will play a hands-on role in supporting the employee lifecycle while also contributing to people development and training initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
This Senior HR Operations role is based in Malaysia, supporting a rapidly growing organization with approximately 200 hc across APAC. This role will play a critical part in integrating operations across key markets Australia, Indonesia, Dubai, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Singapore (regional hub), while driving HR standardisation and system improvements across the region.
This role focuses on handling employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate HR data, and delivering a high-quality service experience.
This is a highly visible HR leadership role focused on building organizational capability and developing future talent pipelines. You will work closely with General Managers, Directors, and key stakeholders to address talent and organizational challenges, strengthen leadership effectiveness, support succession planning, and drive people initiatives that directly impact business performance.
As a key member of the regional leadership team, the Country HR Manager will shape and execute the people strategy across Asia Pacific, supporting ambitious growth and acquisition plans. Partnering with senior stakeholders, the role will oversee all HR functions across multiple markets, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, cultural transformation, and operational excellence.
