Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations & training
  • Experience in salary benchmarking & able to retain top performance at all levels
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory submissions.
  • Lead manpower planning and HR reporting.
  • Oversee general affairs including office administration, facilities, and licence renewals.
  • Liaise with external parties and government authorities when required.
  • Support HR policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • Min 8 years HR experience ideally in warehouse / logistics / industrial environments
  • Degree in Human Resource would be great
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and statutory compliance.
  • Looking for someone who is detailed oriented & outgoing as you'll be liasing with lot of people
  • Preferably Mandarin speaker
