Committed to sustainability and community impact, the organisation continues to drive initiatives in renewable energy, environmental conservation, and digital transformation as part of its transition toward a more integrated and sustainable energy future.Job DescriptionBenefit administration processing and exit administration processing such as resignation, retirement, redundancy and termination.Third Party administration processing such as vendor invoicing and coordination with Finance for payment, etc.Stamping administration for employment contracts.Work passes administration for foreign knowledge worker.Point of contact for employees queriesCare for document retentions and active daily management of service request queue system to ensure appropriate workload/effort assignment for efficient service deliveryAccountable for local country payroll and statutory processing, to ensure compliance to legal, fiscal and regulatory requirement.
