Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
  • Manage logistics and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to enhance operations.
  • Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies across all supply chain functions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:

  • A strong background in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
