Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the development team, set objectives, and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
  • Process & Standards: Implement agile practices, coding standards, secure development, and CI/CD automation.
  • Application Modernization: Oversee migration to modern technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and product teams to define priorities and communicate progress.
  • Governance & Risk: Monitor system quality, manage risks, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Budget Management: Control development budgets and optimize resource allocation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years in software development, including 3+ years in leadership.
  • Strong experience in building and scaling teams.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, cloud/microservices, and enterprise tech stacks (.NET Core, Java, React).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
