Job Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive technology solutions across various projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain solution architectures that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end orchestration of technology systems and platforms.
  • Provide strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in solution design.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve departmental goals effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Section, Solution Orchestration, should have:

  • More than 15 years' related experience.
  • Strong background in leading and guiding teams across multiple functions.
  • Experience in solution development, product management, technical project management.
  • Proven experience in taking ideas from concept to implementation of PoC / prototype.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Understanding of various tech domains and topics relevant to telcos (e.g. networking technologies, cloud, software development, digital platforms, AI, Cybersecurity).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during the solution development process.
  • Understanding of user-centric design thinking principles and experience in prototyping and MVP
