Job Description

  • Lead the Purchase to Pay (P2P) function, ensuring streamlined procurement and payment processes.
  • Develop and implement policies to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and strong partnerships.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the P2P framework.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the P2P team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Purchase to Pay should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Purchase to Pay processes within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and software.
