Job Description

  • Drive and oversee the service delivery operations in Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services within the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address challenges in service delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all service-related activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the service delivery teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in the Southeast Asia region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Service Delivery, SEA, should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in service delivery management within the business services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
