Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Record-to-Report (RTR) processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance the performance of accounting processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within P2P, O2C, or RTR processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for audits and internal reviews related to accounting functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of P2P/O2C/RTR should have:
