Job Description

  • Lead program management efforts within the analytics department to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Define and implement the innovation roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies (Data, Analytics, and AI) to develop innovative policies, processes, and products that drive business growth.
  • Foster partnerships with technology providers, startups, and academic institutions to unlock innovation opportunities.
  • Monitor the progress of various programs and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal and external teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organisational policies in all initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve professional growth and project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Innovation & Transformation should have:

  • Strong expertise in program management and innovation within the analytics field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience in PL/SQL (Oracle), MS SQL, Informatica PowerCenter, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Qlik Replicate, with knowledge of CDC for real-time ETL processing
  • Solid experience in IT project delivery, including system implementation and technology deployment
